Sims 3 Save Data Missing after 1.67 & Ultimate Fix

Before the 1.67 update, I installed the Ultimate Fix and everything worked wonderfully. I have a Macbook pro.

Today I opened the game to play and updated it, then seeing that the fix needed re-installing came back here (whoops, didn't see the warning in time). I followed the instructions, (Only did the ultimate fix-but that's what I did in the past) and as I had done it before it wasn't too hard. But, when I opened the game, my saves did not appear and all I could do was start a new game. 

I also could not see any of the options in the 'options' menu on the start screen. Otherwise, the game started normally.

Is this an issue with how I applied the Ultimate Fix, or is it just a bug that will resolve itself when the Fix is updated?

(I have Ambitions, Generations, Late Night, Pets, World Adventures, and Showtime expansions, none of which have changed since the last Update/Fix)

I am having the same exact problem too, only it wouldn't even let me start a new game.  My computer also won't let me uninstall the movie stuff pack that I got from kat (also from games4theworld).  I have tried almost everything.  Restored my electronic arts files, restored my computer, even uninstalling the movie stuff pack (as I mentioned before it wouldn't let me... some error 500).  I don't want to uninstall all my sims games, I am at college and don't have my discs, also can't download on campus internet.   
Let me know ASAP if you find a solution!

Always good to know I'm not the only one having a problem  I will definitely let you know! Yeah I'm going back to college tomorrow and really don't want to go through the hassle of re-installing all of the games!

Also, if anyone needs the info- I have a macbook pro.

You can try redownloading the Ultimate Fix again and apply it once more.
