read error, downloads keep freezing at 84%

Hello 
,
I'm new to this website but I recently attempted to download Island Paradise.
I followed the instructions but when I loaded up the setup it stopped at 84% and kept doing so every time I retried it. Then I looked at the forums here and tried instead to download the update in the support folder prior to the actual game installation and it did exactly the same thing and froze at exactly 84%. What am I doing wrong here!?

sorry I forgot the mention just in case that its the actual winrar programme itself that freezes as its extracting/downloading the files
