Hello,

I am not familiar with macs, but the following might be a solution to help you install The Sims Medieval.

First, since The Sims Medieval you downloaded is in .rar format (presumably from Games4theworld), please use Stuffit Expander to extract all of the content inside the .rar file to a blank folder. Stuffit Expander can be downloaded here: http://www.stuffit.com/mac-expander.html.

Now, create a .dmg file. To create it, check the size of the folder where you have extracted The Sims Medieval installation files to, and then open up "Disk Utility" from the Applications folder. Select "New Image" from the Disk Utility.

The new .dmg file can be named as anything you want and can be saved to anywhere on your mac as you like. But please bear in mind that the size of .dmg must be at least 0.1 GB larger than the folder where you have extracted the files to. The partition must be CD/DVD.

Now you have an empty .dmg file. Copy all the content from the folder for extracting the files to the .dmg file. Open the installer in the .dmg file to start installation. When prompted, copy and paste the serial code included in the installation guide.

After the installation, run the launcher of The Sims Medieval, and go to the "Game Updates" tab. Click "Refresh" and you should be asked to update the game. Choose "Yes" to update the game (or "Update Now").

Now wait until the update has finished. Close the launcher, and download the Ultimate Fix here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t916-the-sims-medieval-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems.

The following requires a little experimenting (since I am not sure if the Ultimate Fix is suitable for mac). Right-click on The Sims Medieval in the Applications folder, and then choose "Show Package Contents". Navigate to Contents >> Resources > >transgaming >> c_drive >> Program Files >> Electronic Arts >> The Sims Medieval >> Game >> Bin. Back up two files TSLHost.dll and TSM.exe inside (Copy and paste them to anywhere you want. They are kept as backups in case something has gone wrong).

Extract the Ultimate Fix you have downloaded. You do not need any folders/files inside the Ultimate Fix. You only need the folder # Crack in the Fix. Right-click The Sims Medieval icon in the Applications folder, and then choose  "Show Package Contents". Go to the folder Contents >> Resources > >transgaming >> c_drive >> Program Files >> Electronic Arts >> The Sims Medieval >> Game >> Bin and then copy and paste the files inside the folder # Crack to it. When you are prompted to replace the files, select "Replace".

After doing the copying, run the launcher and start the game from the launcher. See if your game works and let us know the result.
