Nothing at the Menu Screen

Ive installed the base base game, supernatural, and Island paradise. Updated with manual patch and use the new ultimate fix crack. Well when I go to play the game, at the menu, there is no towns, sims or any thing. Even the options are gone. There are no mods installed. Ive been stopped on this section every time.

So I'm assuming when you applied the Ultimate fix you missed a step or something similar.
So when you download the ultimate fix you have to copy the content from the "#Crack" folder and paste it in C/Program files(*86)/Electronic Arts/TheSims3/game/bin
Try that to see if it's any help!

Please make sure you applied the ultimate fix correctly.  
Trying again wouldn't hurt!
When your menu is blank it means your crack is outdated so you have to update your game to the latest version (vr. 1.67), and then apply the ultimate fix properly.
That's the only way you can get your game to work.
