Roaring Heights Won't Install?

I know the solution involves basically re-installing all other .sims3packs, after deleting the stuff. But there is no other way; at least no other way I could think of.

When you re-install your .sims3packs with the launcher, do it in small steps, so don't install too many .sims3packs at once !
