Sims 3 Account [Online Feature] & SimPoints

Hey!

I've downloaded and installed a Sims 3 torrent which included all expansions. It runs prety smoothly so no problems there.

However, I was wondering a few things...

1. How can I update the game whenever new versions are available? I know I can't do it directly through the manufacturer.
2. Is it possble to register a Sim Account and benefit from their online feutures even if my copy of the game is 100% pirated? In order to do so I need a serial, and obviously my copy didn't come with one. I'm guessig that simply Googling a ramdom serial key won't do the trick.
3. SimPoints! Can I use/obtain them? I'm guessing it will only be possible if I can create a Sim Account first!
