Hello Admin,

First of all I want to say thank you for making the Sims 4 a possibility Smile

My main problem is this: I cannot get online access to the Gallery in the Sims 4. I followed the steps in the guide on this website of how to connect to Origin and successfully open the Gallery. However I receive the following message in the game when I try to go online/connect:
"You must have The Sims 4 registered to your Origin Account to access online features."

I have Origin installed and my username shows in the upper right corner of the start screen in the Gallery, but I do not have Sims 4 game registered in Origin. How can I fix this?

Hello and welcome to the forum,


I guess you mean you DON'T have Sims 4 registered on Origin, otherwise that sentence wouldn't make much sense. Smile  That said, please read the guide again:

You should add the freely avaialble Sims 4 CAS demo to the Origin account, that you use for connecting to the gallery. After ylou registered that demo, try the gallery again.
