Weird glitch. [SOLVED]

My Sims worked fine, and I've just arrived from University for the second time, and I had to quit as I was arriving, and now when I enter, it says in the left top corner that he's ariving, but I can clearly see my Sim standing on the street. I cant do anything, its like I'm not controlling him anymore, and he just gets back in the cab, and the cab starts driving back and forth, I can't do anything. How can I fix this, I really dont want to start again from the bottom.

You might try resetting the sim using Ctr+Shift+C then type    resetsim [First Name] [Last Name]   for example if the sims name was Anya Jenson I would type
resetsim Anya Jenson
is the cheatbar. That should work. If it doesn't let us know and I am sure there are other suggestions you could try. Good luck!

What will that do to my charachter?

I tried again from the last save, same thing except now when I click Show sim, or whatever the button is called, it takes me to my sim, and when I click on the ground, it gives me the bubble of actions, and when I click like Walk there, he doesnt do anything, and when I put my cursor on my sim, it has no actions.
And I've tried resetSim, doesnt work, nothing happens.

Yeah thats what I did. We'll see if its the files or the game

Same thing. Looks like its the save game, I'll have to start over.

I've played it again, went trough the University again and it went fine, I've graduated and this glitch didnt appear when I went home.
