Weird Lag Map View Glitch.[SOLVED]

Hi! So I posted here a few days ago that my launcher wasn't working but that was fixed by re-downloading the ultimate fix (thanks again!)

So I went to go play the sims properly today and decided to use Sunset Valley. Immediately I noticed something was wrong, because instead of the high birds eye view you get off the town when you first load it, I got a very strange low birds eye view.. I know this makes no sense so I took a screenshot:



See, it's very... low? Also takes a while to scroll through to find a house you want to play (Scroll edge feature is turned on). And it takes several rolling back on the scroll wheel to get it a little higher. Very strange, does anyone know how I can fix it, it's very annoying.

Also: I just went to the Langerak house and the green squares of the sims portrait panel is very dark green instead of the dynamic green it usually is. Their mood and fun metre is also darkish like a vampires:




So very confused. Have some sims 3 store content and nraas mods (Overwatch, Story Progression, Career, Dresser, Master Controller, Saver) and they are all updated to 1.42.
