Service Initialzation failed (0x065d0274) [SOLVED]

Hi all,
Well i know this topic has been posted many times already. I have read all the "important!" notes about sims 3. I have installed uninstalled and re installed many many times already. I have applied the cracks like this
1. Uninstall and re install sims 3.
2. Then install the late night expansion pack.
3. Updated my launcher and applied cracks.
4. Installed generations and applied cracks.
All the cracks from the ultimate sims fix pack and i followed the installation guide really carefully.
When i open the launcher its okay and then I press play which leads me to "this is a modification...." i press continue then it becomes Service Initialzation failed (0x065d0274) then i look for sims in the taskbar.... not found Please help, i probably just did something wrong during the process, i really wanna play this!!

ive got the same problem, have you installed the sims 3 town life cuz you might need that in the guide it says you have to have it

Yes, first please be sure that you've install Town Life Stuff.
