I recently downloaded and installed the Sims 3 with Showtime, Late Night and Ambitions, following those instructions: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly

Everything is working great but how do I proceed if I now want to add other expansions? Thanks

Same, just install the expansion packs and install the ultimate fix again, I guess? Smile

Hello,

After installing the additional expansion/stuffpack, it's a good idea to re-do the steps from #2 to #4 in that guide you posted. Thies means, re-apply the latest manual patch first and then re-apply the latest Ultimate fix.

Thanks for the quick replies. I do have one more question: How do I uninstall some expansion packs? I tried using Revo but had to reinstall them and reapply the manual patch + fix because it wouldn't let me start the game. Thanks!

Read up on step #1 of the guide that I posted before. The "Ultimate fix"-crack from G4TW requires at least one of the expansions/stuffpacks mentioned there, to work. It might be that you only have one of these "required" expansions installed. And when you un-install that one, the game doesn't work anymore. 


That's the only explanation I have a the moment.
