Sims 3 crash. [CLOSED]
My game keeps crashing since I installed supernatural.Especially when I save a new household.I tried the DEP crash fix but it doesn't work.I wonder what is the problem? Is it because I only have 2.0 GB memory and a 32-bit windows 7?or cc(I only have eight)?or some other problems that I still dunno?I need help thanks:3

Hello,
Just to make sure: have another look at this here and (re-)do the steps from #2 to #4: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
Now, have a look at this other topic here and do all steps, EXCEPT step #3: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t857-the-sims-3-crashes-freezes-to-desktop-fix-updated-on-7-01-2014
Step #3 can't help you, because of your 32-bit Windows and because you just have 2 GB of RAM, which is rather weak, for The Sims 3.
Now go to My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 and delete all contents inside the Currentgame.sims3 folder. Also, in My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3, delete the following stuff:
-CASPartCache.package
-compositorCache.package
-scriptCache.package
-simCompositorCache.package
-socialCache.package
-plus the contents of the folders "WorldCaches" & "Thumbnails"
Re-start the game then and see if anything improved. You may even turn off your anti-virus program completely before playing The Sims 3.
Good luck !
P.S. The "step #3" (which you leave out) is actually one of the most important steps, but since your computer is weak, you can't do that. If the other things I mentioned don't help, try SHORTENING your playing sessions, and save often. You should then exit the game (after playing for about 30 minutes), and wait a while. After that re-start the game.
If nothing helps, then I'm sorry to tell that, but your computer is not strong enough.
