Supernatural**item thumbnails missing, items showing up as black balls Empty Supernatural**item thumbnails missing, items showing up as black balls

I just installed supernatural, i followed all the instructions for the ultimate fix and crack. Game seems to be working fine except when i go into buy mode the items from supernatural either don't show in the thumbnail ( price and name,description show up) or it is a small black ball i can place? When i am in cas mode i can make the different occult sims but the pictures for the traits don't show up. And after i installed it the plumbob desktop icon is missing? it is a white square...

Can you go to My Documents/Electronic Arts and change the name of the folder "The Sims 3" ? Just change the folder's name into anything you like. Then re-start the game, make a new savegame for now, and play on. Does the same glitch happen there too ?
