Sims 3 not starting up

I've recently installed Supernatural and Island Paradise but it seems that ever since installing it, my game can't start up. I've opened Task Manager and after I run TS3W, the TS3W.exe runs for about 3 seconds then closes. I have Ambitions, Late Night, High-End Loft Stuff, Generations, Seasons, 70s, 80s, and 90s Stuff, University Life. (Obviously excluding Island Paradise and Supernatural) I also have the latest update.

Obviously, reinstalling would probably fix this but my internet speed is incredibly slow and I would desire the solution which does not require me redownloading all these for about a day or two.
