Sims 3 World Adventures: Region and Regedit Empty Sims 3 World Adventures: Region and Regedit

Using Windows 7.

When installing the updates from Crack 3, it says I need a different region. On Regedit, I changed the blank value to 2 in the "The Sims 3" subkey. However, there is another subkey with another value I can change in "The Sims 3\ergc" . This default value is a string of capital letters, while the other one is blank. The names of both are "(Default) instead of "SKU".

Something else you want to know: After doing all this, I left it exactly how it was before, and now the Sims 3 Launcher doesn't say the game is unofficial, although it still won't let me download stuff because it doesn't accept any serial number from the keygen.

Your first problem is solved, right?

Then the other problem; the keys from the keygen aren't "official" keys, they're only there to bypass the Installation Wizard. You can't use any online features at all.

The current problem I'm having is with the region, and I'm wondering if that's because I never found a "sku" string. Instead there were two "(Default)" strings, one in "...\The Sims 3\" and one in "...\The Sims 3\ergc". I created a "SKU" string and put "2" in its value and restarted the computer, but there is still a region problem. So I deleted the "SKU" and made a "sku" and shutdown the computer, but the issue remains.
