I can't find the Sims subfolder in regedit. [SOLVED]
Hi. I've already finished installing the base game (which I downloaded from here), and am currently installing World Adventures. According to step 2 of the installation guide, I have to navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sims\The Sims 3".
The problem is, there is no Sims subfolder located in the SOFTWARE folder.
I'm pretty sure I installed the base game correctly. I followed the video tutorial.
Any help would be appreciated.
//EDIT
Wait, scratch that. Nevermind. I was able to find a solution by referring to an old topic. I should've searched the forum before opening this one. My apologies.
Anyway, if anyone's still interested:

If you have a 64-bit OS, you should look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > Sims > The Sims 3.

If you didn't encounter any problems during and after installing The Sims 3 and the expansions. You can ignore the instruction guide in The Sims 3: World Adventures torrent. Instead please follow this. Read it carefully.
