How Do I Update?

Hi. I have installed my sims 3 and its EPs successfully. I just want to know how do I update it for the latest version? Or is it not possible? 
I have orig base game, but downloaded EPs. Help please. :'(

Have you manually updated your game to the latest 1.67 patch?

It's definitely possible!
