Sims 3 won't start

:newfag: Hello, I installed sims 3 with 6 expansion pack and it works fine. But i formatted Local Disk C . The Sims 3 with all expansion is in Local Disk D. After i formatted C , game doesn't work. Appears error : "Unable to start game" Your The Sims 3 Base Game is incompatible with the current Sims 3 Expansion Pack. Please update your game via launcher. " But when i open the launcher , say "The installation is incomplete and The Sims 3 cannot run. Please reinstall and try again"
I not want to reinstall the game because i need to download again all setups. Crying or Very sad

I'm sorry to say that, but your installation is most likely messed up - completely. Your main problem is now to remove all your current installations. Can you try un-installing your games, with the System Control Panel ?

Because you formatted C:, some important "hidden program files" were deleted, and now your game is messed up. For the future, please don't do things like that anymore...

And yes, the next thing you should keep in mind is that you should actually BACKUP all your game downlaods, to a safe place, so that you don't need to re-download everything again.

I can't un-install my games ( sims 3 and expansion ) from Control Panel.

Sorry to say that, but you completely screwed up your installation, by formatting C:; you shouldn't do this again in the future. If you want, please read the part about "TeamViewer", on this page:

If you want to do that, please check back here sometime on the weekend, and see if I'm on the chatbox. We'll then arrange for a TeamViewer session, and I'll do a manual un-installation of all your games.

In case you're wondering: yes, I could also describe the steps here, but it's a highly complicated procedure, and I don't really have the time now for elaborate explanations now. If you don't want TeamViewer, you might have to google for how to manually un-install TS3 and the expansions.
