As for The Sims 4 itself, currently we know just as much as you do about The Sims 4. EA has not given much information yet, but we do know that the official release will be on the 2th of September 2014. Nonetheless, of course we’ll try hard to get you a safe, tested and working download for The Sims 4, when the time is there. We’ll also upload possible “extra” stuff, like Store Updates, to our Download Server, so don’t worry about that.

At this point, I guess that nobody can tell for sure when a working pirated copy can be released. Of course, all major uploaders (including G4TW) will try to release it as quickly as possible, maybe shortly after the official release ? Keep in mind though that, as this is a brand-new game, it can take a while until a working crack is made.

If a game has been "out" for some time already, it's often a bit easier to make cracks, since you can often "base" them on earlier cracks. But new games are unchartered territory, in this respect...

And yes, I'd strongly discourage you from buying the game straight after the official release ! Wait until a pirated copy is out, and if you really like the game, you can buy it. The game isn't cheap, which is one reason you shouldn't "blindly" buy it without some prior playtesting.

Sure, no problem. But like a wise person once said..."If you are patient, you will be rewarded".   G4TW will be involved in The Sims 4, too.
