Sims 3 World Adventures. [SOLVED]

hello. i am confused and i would like some help.
i've download many expansions from here and today i decided to download sims 3 world adventures.do i just install it like i would install any other expansion?i read the installation guide but i wasn't sure if it was about people who have the other expansions too or for people who sims 3 world adventures was their first expansion. anyway i've installed it now,do i need to do anything else in order for it to work properly? thank you for your replies

EDIT; i tried to open it,the game works fine but when i went to travel to another country the loading screen stopped at the end. i am sure my mods are ok since the game worked before. i only have a problem when I try to travel,so apparently I did something wrong 

yes,I did that.
Now I managed to make a sim of mine travel to Paris,but I have another problem. When I click the save button it gets stuck. It shows that it's still saving even if it has been "saving" for an hour
