Computer good to run The Sims 4?

I was just wondering if you could look at my system info and tell me if it is a good computer to run The Sims 4?

Hi there,
I can not see anything about your graphics card, so I assume it's an integrated graphics card. It's a laptop, right? If so, then it's probably indeed an integrated graphics card.
Those are not very strong, and definitely not meant for gaming.
If the above information is correct, you might/should be able to run the game on the lowest possible settings, with GameBooster running. Don't expect too much though.

yes it is a desktop, graphics card is ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series

In my opinion, that card, while being a bit dated, should still work for The Sims 4; maybe at around mid-settings, or even higher.

I hope you are right, I have the same video card and I couldn't make the sims 4 demo work

Yes, the card is a bit dated, but I saw people playing Battlefield 4 on it (on mid-settings). Of course, I cannot guarantee 100% for it, since I don't have that card, but the graphics card in my old desktop is pretty much similarly "dated" (an NVIDIA Geforce GT330), and I can run Assassin's Creed IV, Battlefield 4, and similar games on around mid settings.
In your case, there might be other reasons for your not being able to run the demo. You could of course pirate the the actual game, when it's out. To see if your computer/graphics card can handle it.
