unable to start game 0x0175dcbb [SOLVED] Empty unable to start game 0x0175dcbb [SOLVED]

Please do not tell me to patch then fix. I've done it 6 times. I know it's not an issue with previous install registry issue, as this is the first install of the game on this computer.  This is really stressing me out, it took me 2 1/2 hours to install everything, and it doesn't work... I've installed it no problem on windows 7.

If I may ask, what EPs and SPs do you have installed?
And are you completely sure that you didn't uninstall any Sims 3 game/EP, ever? Even during this installation or before. 

So, the game never worked since the first installation? Have you installed any Sims3Packs, CC or Mods?

I downloaded every EP and SP from here, the only installation issue i had was downloading the wrong pets version (i dl'd the broken version.. why is it even still in the DL list) the install failed i then dl'd and installed the fixed version.

Again this is the absolute first install of sims on my comp (I've only had the comp for a few days) I've installed it SEVERAL times on my win 7 pc with no issue.
