same dll error! help!

same dll error! help!

hi! i already downloaded the fix and do as instructed to. i even uninstalled all antivirus, and put the sims on exceptional list for windows's firewall. and yet, i still get the same dll error. please help! i'm a newbie

You just posted in the Mac section too...? So are you now trying to run the game on Windows ?
Are you sure you de-activated ALL "security" software ? In Windows, there is also "Windows defender", which you might want to de-activate. Generally, turn off ALL your anti-virus and anti-malware software.
And then re-apply the Sims 4 Ultimate fix, exactly as described, Please try again, carefully. If not, I will have a look at that via TeamViewer and see what I can do about it. Good luck.
