Sims 2 [CLOSED]

When I try to open the Sims 2 or any expansion, I get the opening window, but then the program shuts down. I've installed everything, without problems. I downloaded an update from the EA website for the Sims 2, which did nothing. Did this happen to anyone else?

Yep, it passes on everything. Have you heard of this happening before?

Something like this, I think. I recommend you contact our Live Support and ask if they can see what the problem is through TeamViewer. More information: www.games4theworld.org > "Contact Us" > TeamViewer.
