Re-seed The Sims 4?

Hi sir, I just would like to ask if there are seeders for the sims 4? becuase ive been downloading TS4 my speed only goes for 24kbps  yesterday it went to 477kbps but my sister restarted my pc and i lost my first download. Thank you.
