Can't find .exe and can't install it using the ultimate fix [SOLVED]

Hello! 
I've ran into a bit of trouble installing The Sims 4, like someone else on this thread after installing the Sims 4 from your site the shortcut on my desktop couldn't find the 'TS4.exe' so I followed the steps on that thread which suggested that I download the ultimate fix and try to replace the files with that of the ultimate fix.
     So I went to do this and Winrar had a bit of fit throwing up this error when I tried to drag the files across (it's also the same if I copy and paste) :

 !   C:\Users\{my name}\Desktop\The_Sims_4_fix (1).rar: Cannot change attributes of Game\Bin\TS4.exe

Furthermore when I try to drag it out of the ultimate fix folder into my desktop area- just to see what might happen the file gets turned into this: trzCE0A.tmp

I've tried turning my anti-virus off (even after making exclusions) and that didn't sort it out.
I am also the system administrator on this account if it makes any difference. 
I've also tried re-downloading the ultimate fix but to no avail, I'd appreciate any help you could give me.

Hi there, and welcome to the Games4theworld Forum!

Does this same thing happen if you right-click the RAR and select Extract to The_Sims_4_fix? Please try it and let us know.

If not, then I'm sorry that I've never seen this problem before. Maybe you could try uninstalling WinRAR and installing it again? You can even get the Pro version from our downloads server here:

Hello and thank you for the help, I'm afraid it does offer the same error, if I do as you have suggested, I'm currently re-downloading the sims 4 to see if anything changes, I'll also re-download Winrar to see if anything changes- I'll keep you posted.

Hi again!

I don't think there's any need to re-download The Sims 4, as the error you are getting is with the Ultimate Fix. The Ultimate Fix will fix your issue with the TS4.exe, of that I assure you.

So, please reinstall WinRAR and do let us know how it goes!

We have a problem, firstly as you suggested I went to re-install winrar, removal was fine, it downloaded fine and it installed fine, until I went to the keygen and it said something along the lines of "can't locate key gen" and when I closed the errors the keygen.exe was missing, it had vanishes from the folder, my anti virus didn't make a sound during the download, and I went to re-download the file from your site, and the same result only this time, the key gen wasn't in the folder at all.
   despite this I tried to re apply the the ultimate fix, but it was the same result, it got stuck trying to send over the TS4.exe and it wouldn't extract properly either.

Well, this seems like an issue with your security programs if the keygen was deleted. Have you tried disabling the antivirus while you download and install WinRAR? And do you have any other security software, like anti-malware, etc?

Thank you very much! It's working now turns out my antivirus was doing something to the keygen to prevent it from working, (and it did this without telling me and the file didn't appear in the quarantine) but once I'd updated winrar and used the keygen it transferred the files over  without a problem and the game is now working fine!
     I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for helping me, as without help I'd have been completely lost! So thanks.
