I am applying the ultimate fix since it is having errors installing, and I am stuck on step 3, and can't find the “__Installer”, “Data”, “Game” and “Support" files in the .rar file.

Not sure what the issue here is, but are you using WinRAR for opening and extracting the contents of the download ? get WinRAR here:
