can't update to 1.67

I'm trying to update my game and whenever I try to install the manual patch, in step 11, I get an error, setup.exe has stopped working
i have the patch downloaded but my internet is too slow to redownload anything at the moment. Any suggestions?
Editing as to not bump: My computer did need an insane amount of updates and got them as soon as I got to faster internet. Thanks for the suggestion~

Hello koi19 and welcome,
If you have Windows Vista or later, can you try right-clicking on the patch file and selecting "run as Administrator" ? Also, do you have ALL available Windows updates downloaded and installed ?
Other than that, I'm afraid you will have to try re-downloading again (possibly with a different internet browser). Sorry for that.
