I UPDATED THE GAME BUT IT SAYS ITS UP TO DATE!!!

So I update my game in the Sims 3 Launcher and when it's done I checked my game version and it's still the same I mean it didn't update to 1.67 help.

Have you tried downloading the Manual Patch? It should bring your game to the 1.67 version without any issues. You can get it from the Step 2 of this guide here:
