Weird Sim Faces

Hello,
I'm having this problem in The Sims 3 that Sims' faces look completely distorted and strange, as if they've been melted. I downloaded both The Sims 3 base game and the Generations expansion pack from your site. I read the instructions in the Ultimate Fix and obeyed it step by step. Installed both and then updated the game to the version 1.24.3 successfully and managed to open and play the game. However, I'm extremely bothered by the distorted faces and couldn't fine a solution to this. I've attached a few screen shots. I'd really appreciate if you could be of help. Thanks in advance.

That's pretty disturbing. The first question that comes to mind is: Are you using user created mods that mess with CAS sliders, make up or hairstyule overhaul or something like that? It seems like only the faces are distorted, which leads me to that question.

Unfortunately, it is very disturbing indeed. And I'm not using mods or anything non-default. I just installed the games and opened it. The distorted faces seem to be the only issue. I tried everything I could think of and still failed. Thank you for your time and responding quickly.

Holy shit, that screenshot almost made me shit my pants when I looked at it before reading the post.
It looks like a Dementor (Harry Potter) "sucked" up your Sims' face...
But after looking a little bit more, it looks pretty funny.

LOL! Yeah the dementor came to my mind as well. Hopefully updating your graphics card will solve this problem or your sims might be like this:

I checked the drivers and they are up-to-date. I un- and re-installed all the games I have several times, trying different thing at every single go. The distorted faces remain, as does my frustration. Perhaps I should play The Sims 1 and reminisce about good old days from my childhood.

Yeah well, that's also a possibility, lol.
Try playing the game on lowest settings and also in Windowed Mode. See if it makes a difference.

I've done that, too. It absolutely made no difference. Now, I'm depressed.
