Mod Missing from Files Empty Mod Missing from Files

So I just finished downloading TS4 from games4. and I want to add some mods to the game. After watching and reading a bunch of tutorial, I cannot figure out where my mods folder is at. Directions are to access the Electronic Arts>The Sims 4> Mod. I just can't seem to find the mods folder. Please help.
