Outer browser like box while i'm playing? [SOLVED]

When I start up the game it doesn't go all the way to full screen it goes to a like browser looking screen with a border with a minimizer and maximizer in the corner. I've reset the game and my computer and its still doing this. Clicking on the maximizer button doesn't take it full screen either.

Have you tried changing it in the in-game options? Please, go to Options (those are the three dots at the top right), select Game Options, and in the Gameplay menu put the "Display Type" in Fullscreen. Then, select Apply Changes at the bottom. See if that makes the game go fullscreen.
