Cancel Day Off - Work - TS4

I think there was a mod for this in The Sims 3, that you can choose which day you want to work, for example, you are lvl 10 in the astronaut branch but you only  work 3 days per week, but with this modfication you could work more days per week to get more money.
Is there any command in-game to change this?
Because this can be really helpful, since you could make more money for your family in TS4.
