Sims 3 Issue

I recently installed Sims 3 base, Ambitions, High End Loft Stuff, Fast Lane, Late Night, and Generations.

I followed the installation instructions and put all the crack files into their respective folders accordingly. When I start up the game, everything loads perfectly. I am able to create a sim, have the sim move into a house, and furnish the house.

However, once I press play and go into live mode, my game automatically crashes after a few seconds. I've tried to diagnose the problem by reinstalling the game and expansion packs multiple times, updating my driver, and checking my DEP.

Nothing is working and I am at a loss =(

I would suggest a fresh installation of everything.

1. Uninstall all Sims 3 applications from your computer.
2. Delete Electronic Arts folder in Program Files, if it's still there.
3. Restart computer.
4. Install The Sims 3 base game, then Generations, then any other expansion pack you want. Only install them, don't do any patches or cracks!
5. After everything is installed, open the Sims 3 Launcher and update.
6. After updating, use the Generations crack from the file linked below (or you can just use the crack included with Generations expansion you downloaded) and place it in C:/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Game/Bin.
7. Play your game and enjoy!

Super late reply, but I haven't had free time to reinstall the sims due to school.

Anyways, I uninstalled all Sims 3 applications clean from my computer including restarting it too. I installed the base game and then Generations right after it, and various expansions afterwards. I made sure my game was up to date before using the crack from the Generations file to patch my base game ONLY.

I am able to open the game, create a sim, and furnish a house. However, I still can't play my sim in live mode for more than 10 seconds before the game crashes again.

TL;DR : still the same problems =( what am I doing wrong?
