The Sims 4 Parenthood is the issue to my issue?

Okay so after installing all the DLC's yesterday and that basically the game didn't want to work at all (it was stuck in infinite loading and then would just crash)
I decided to try to reinstall EVERYTHING.
So I started from the top.
And everything worked great! all the packs worked wonderfully.
Until I got to Parenthood.
The game will not load passed the menu, I can't even press the little box to "X" out of the "Parenthood" box that shows the update??

If I continue installing the DLC's, will it fix itself or will I have the same original problem?

EDIT: I installed Fitness Stuff and it's still not getting to the main menu. HELP. PLEASE.

Hello @KathyTheLlama,

What was the game version associated with the "Fitness Stuff" DLC? I believe it was 1.31? If so, please delete the "Game"-folder from where you installed The Sims 4 to. Then grab the 1.31 "Game"-folder here:
