In case you didn't notice, I am sticking with The Sims 3 for a while...

Hello! I am just writing this to let you know, in case you didn't notice, that I didn't "move" to The Sims 4, so I am staying focused on trying to help our visitors on The Sims 3 sections only and I am not checking The Sims 4 sections, as I didn't install/try the game yet.
Please accept my apologies in advance for any inconvenience, I am just not "ready yet" to install the new game, too much happening around me now (everything ok, just a bit overwhelmed, sorry)...

No need to apologize, of course!
You're the one to decide whether you're going to move on to TS4 or stick to TS3. There are still lots of people sticking to TS3 and therefore having TS3 issues.

Thank you very much! It's likely that I will play with TS4 eventually as a 'second" simming game when I get my mind together and start playing again with more consistency (almost all my new videos were recorder in September or earlier, for example, that's how much I haven't been playing).Admin wrote:Hi Sven,

I am always excited to create video tutorials whenever I find an interesting question to answer here, and most of my simming has been around trying to help other members of the forum whenever they have Sims 3 questions, which is a nice way to force me into not abandoning the game completely

I will myself continue working on TS3 too (I still have a couple of guides in mind that I want to put up in the "Sims 3 tips & tricks" section); just because TS4 is out it doesn't mean I will stop playing and working on TS3.
Besides, it seems that TS4 isn't that popular anyway on here, as of now...

I didn't play with it, but I saw videos and it's more like a dollhouse game than a real adult game. Too simple, too plain...
Having a screen when going from one lot to the other is just plain dumb (and even if they come with Create a World, it won't be fun at all).
It seems to be another failure to go along Simcity 5, that they are selling right now as a package "with everything", just a year after launching it, because they won't probably touch it ever again!
