(MAC) Sims 3 has quit unexpectedly

Here are some steps that I already attempted:
- Play game without CC 
- Clear caches, thumbnails, etc
- Re install everything (I even tried another torrent, both had the same issues)
- Download Wineskin Winery
- Download XQuartz

I did some research on my own, and I am aware that Sims 3 is hardly compatible with Mac. If anyone knows how to help me, I would appreciate it greatly.

Just simply download, and make it into a .dmg ad you will be all set. If you want to add expansion, please refer to the other guide that was provided.

The sims 3 ultimate fix for mac is not compatible with mac. I sent her a screenshot of the crack folder contents after I download it from both the original link and the mirror link and both contained an .exe file. It would be super rad if someone can send me a link to the mac's ultimate fix that actually works with mac. :~)
