Sorry, but could you be a little more specific about what you are talking about? If you refer to The Sims 3, yes, you can select the game to be in Spanish during the installation. Or you can also change it after it's already installed, modifying some values in the Registry. But it's best to not mess with it unless you know what you are doing, so let us know if you need help with that.
