Problem with YouTube. [SOLVED]

hi guys,
i am sorry if i post it in the wrong place i dont know if this is the right place for it,
so my problem is i am having this error on youtube where the page is not opening in the morning its working fine but after some hours it just stops working it puts this error for me :

Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED
i have tried it on another laptop and its the same my 2 laptops are putting this error

Well, the YouTube URL you linked to works fine for me, as of now...
Have you also tried clearing the cache & cookies in your browser(s) ?

Do you experience things like that regularly ? Are you sure your ISP doesn't block anything ?
Also, try watching that video later again; there may be some technical problems or whatnot...if there was a problem with your hardware (router,...) then I guess you would have bigger difficulties than not being able to watch that video.
But yes, while I'm at it: do you experience other issues with your internet too, other than with YouTube ?

Hi,
Indeed, try clearing all your caches first. (If you don't know how, CCleaner can do the job for you)
If you're using a proxy or VPN service, temporarily disable it and try again.
And last but not least: make sure that you're running your browser in safe mode, to prevent plug-ins/add-ons from possibly interfering with YouTube.

this was the first things i tried admin and i have ccleaner its not just my laptop its my other laptop and the phones ,can slow internet cause this thing and i have no other issues rather than the internet became slower then it used to be

That's odd. Then it's an internet issue in your network.
What you can try:
1. Disconnect router and modem from electricity.
2. Wait 30 seconds or so.
3. Connect modem.
4. Wait 1 minute.
5. Connect router.
6. Test again and please let us know the result.
This is just some basic troubleshooting and might help. If it doesn't, you might have to contact your ISP, since it happens on all your devices.

Hmmm... I'm out of options, sorry. I recommend sending an e-mail (or calling) to your ISP.

no problem its well known here in Lebanon that the internet is very expensive and too slow even the 2 MB is very slow,and thanks for trying to help me solve the problem i will contact my ISP and see whats the problem and one more question can a slow internet cause this problem like they are putting know tcp/ip error

I did read this somewhere though: "I saw this error, when my 3g account balance reaches 0. Since, i am using internet via mobile phone with 3g connection enabled. So, server might closed the connection after my account balance reaches 0.
Recommendation: Use ping test to see whether the connection is closed or not. Recharge your account with enough balance and activate the 3g connection."

i used ping test the one you do in run it send a request and then returned connection timed out and know its saying replay from youtube ip i have an unlimited internet i pay the ISP to recharge it but what i notice when there is still 3 to 2 days for my internet to end it becomes laggy
