The Sims 3 Complete Collection

I downloaded the Sims 3 Complete Collection. I downloaded the base game and World Adventures just fine but any other expansion pack I try to download after WA I get a error/corrupt message. Is their something I had/have to do before each installment? I then try to download the torrents separately but Supernatural, Seasons, & Into The Future aren't available.

Edit: After downloading, the size was 27.7 GB..is that right?

Did you use WinRAR or another extraction software?

Here is what I did for Install.
Download The Sims 3 - The Complete Collection.rar
Extract The Sims 3 - The Complete Collection.rar to C:\Working (I use 7Zip)
Download Manual Patch from step 2 in https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
Download Ultimae Fix from https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
Install Sims 3 Base Game
Install Manual Patch
Install my selected EP's and SP's , i don't install everything (makes game lag to much in catalog and CAS)
Install Ultimate Fix 
Play

Your screenshot looks like your file is trying to install from a temp folder which means you tried to install from directly inside the Rar.

Ah ok. That was exactly what I was doing wrong. I didn't drag the folders onto the desktop. I manage to install all the expansion packs except 4 of them. I will try that now. Thanks Carlos and BlackCipher
