How can we get all the worlds?

I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but I didnt see it anywhere. And sorry if its in the wrong thread
But I would like to know if its any way to get the worlds that are only for people who have accounts? ^.^
Or if we can download it anywhere?

Are these the worlds you are talking about?
