rld.dll error

Hello, this error is really bugging me now. 

Steps i have done:

I have installed the game and downloaded the Sims 4 Fix *got it today*

I read the instructions. I currently only have active on my system AVG 2015 and malewarebytes.
In AVG i have added all the folders in the exception list. 
On maleware i have done the same.
I have turned off windows firewall and windows defender.
In the ultimate fix i went into properties and clicked unblock to be on the safe side.
Windows update is completely updated

I am still however getting this error..

System specs are:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 1 gig DDR5 Ram
16 gigs of ram on the computer
AMD Phenom(tm) 2 x4 850t Processor *Quad core* @ 2.90 GHZ
64 bit operating system.
Windows 7 Home edition

Any help would be amazing.  Thanks!

*Edit 1* I've been reading through other posts. Something to add that i have tried is disabling all security on my computer and it still gives me the error. I disabled AVG and redownloaded the fix and still an error.

The error you are getting, what code is it? Is it E0, E1103, or E1104?

Have you tried repairing (or reinstalling) the vcredist files that are instructed in the Ultimate Fix? And what folders exactly did you add to the Exceptions List of your antivirus?
