how can i make my sims 3 game run smoother and faster mine is laggy and ugh idek please help me

Sorry for the belated reply zwinkyaddicter,
One possibility would be to use a tool like "GameBooster", to free up system resources. Look here for a guide on it:

Also, try reducing the graphics settings, in your in-game options menu. And you could also play in "windowed mode" (again, selectable in your in-game options. Good luck !
