TS4 version 1.3.32.1010.

No, not yet; I will be "back" shortly though. Right now, I mainly came online because of the new patch by RELOADED. I felt free to upload and pack it myself in the meantime. If anyone of you wants to playtest that, it'd be greatly appreciated ! 
It appears to be the latest version 1.3.32.1010, but according to the comments on KAT, it does not have the "Holiday pack" (just a few decorative Christmas items) included, and neither that new "Outdoor retreat" pack, which so many people are asking for. But I guess this update is still better than nothing.
I cannot test it myself now, since I'm still away and don't have access to my main computer. Besides, I don't want to give up on my legit game yet - out of convenience.

It also has an up-to-date instruction .pdf, so if anyone confirms this as working, I will put that up myself on here (if the Admin doesn't come online in the meantime).

That's good to know for the future.
However, another (major) reason I put up this post here in the Helpers area was to ask if someone could playtest that to see if the "Outdoor retreat" or at least this "Holiday Party Pack" (in-game Christmas decoration items) were included or not. Since I am unable to test it myself currently and I only had second-hand information on that (namely the comments on KAT).
But since the fix was now released "officially", I guess this is obsolete now...
