Sims 4 fatal error ( windows 7 ) Empty Sims 4 fatal error ( windows 7 )

I have windows 7 and I read a lot of topics on sims 4 on this forums and I have tried to download everything that could help me but there is nothing that I could do always the same message fatal error dynamic library rld.dll. I need help guys the game is cool and I want to play it so much


P.S. I have turned of my anti-virus from the control panel and it was off all the time and all users that have windows 7 sims worked on but me I don't know what is the problem please help me I want the so bad

What exactly is the error you are getting? Is it E0, E1103, or E1104?

Did you already install vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe?

Also note that sometimes, anti-virus programs will still work even after you turn them off. But for now, can you please ALSO add the download location, where all the things you download with your internet browser, to the "exclusions" of your anti-virus ?

And then you re-download and re-apply the latest Ultimate fix, from here.
