Fatal Error (E0) RESOLVED :D

So, I was playing earlier then stopped for a few hours. When I came back I received a Fatal Error message (The dynamic library "rld.dll" failed to initialize E0). From what everyone on here is saying it's my antivirus. I have Norton. I tried adding the sims 4 folder to my exclusion list, but that didn't work either. Not sure what I did wrong. ): Help would be appreciated!

Hi there, and welcome to the Games4theworld Forum!

Another thing you could try is adding all of the subfolders to the exception list too. Add the _Installer, Data, Game and Support folders inside Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, and adding the Bin folder inside the Game one isn't a bad idea either. Normally adding the higher folder should suffice, but sometimes the antivirus is picky and only accepts the exception if you add all of the subfolders too.
