Insert disc error, not for pets expansion. [SOLVED]

So I've downloaded, followed all the steps, put the crack in the correct folder, I do not have the pets expansion, but into the future. I've looked and I haven't found anything for that particular expansion.. The game gets all the way past the initial loading screen before telling me I need to insert the disc for into the future. Not quite sure what to do, I gave up last night cause I pretty fried my brain scouring the forums, Haha! So I'm trying again today, but maybe im missing something. BTW might help if I list what expansions I DO have, maybe its another one causing the issue? Not sure..

The issue is most likely caused by the Ultimate Fix being applied wrong, as it contains the Crack that bypasses the disc authentication. Please, repeat the Steps 2 and 4-5 from this guide here:

Re-download and re-apply the Manual Patch and Ultimate Fix. After that, let us know if the problem persists. Good luck!

Will do! But before I try I do have a quick question... Should I be re-applying those fixes after adding expansion packs? If so that might be the issue... Just wondering cause if thats the case I might as well add the rest and then re-do the ultimate fix and such. Thanks!

Most of the time you don't need to do it every time you add a new Expansion Pack. But if you get any errors, then that is most likely the solution. If you want to be completely sure, then yes, finish installing all of the Expansion Packs and then apply the Ultimate Fix.

I got it working!! Thanks so much for all the help!! Also is there a topic around here for modding sims 3? I know theres one for sims 4 just wasn't sure if its any different for sims 3. Thanks again!
