I applied the fix, up until the point where I have to update to the latest version. This is what it looks like now.

Hello,

Being unable to connect to Origin is no problem. Use the manual patch I linked you to in stead, and your game will be fully up to date. Then copy the crack (step 13) and that's it.

Then applying the crack (in the #crack folder) from the fix solves your problem.
