Insert disc Sims 3 Pets.[SOLVED] Empty Insert disc Sims 3 Pets.[SOLVED]

I've read a few threads on here about this problem. I've downloaded the fix from here https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems and put the crack file in the right spot and it still doesn't work. \ And oh, its not the insert disc 1 during installation, its the one that says no disc found please insert sims 3 pets before proceeding.

Hello,

That's usually caused by misplacing the crack, can you show us a screenshot of the folder you copied the crack to, a detailed view would be most helpful.

Hello,

It looks like you didn't replace the original exe and dll with the crack, I recommend this:
Delete the TS3W.exe and TSLHost.dll, and rename the TS3W.exe (2) and (probably) TSLHost.dll (2), just remove that (2) part.
