Into the future No disk Empty Into the future No disk

Post by Guest Fri 23 Jan 2015, 21:37

Hi im new here You jelly mate , but im very familiar with this forum. i had downloaded the Sims 3 collection, and continued on to download the ultimate fix. i have read the instructions correctly (Instructions). but i still do get the error "insert into the future disk to continue" at the start up screen whether using ts3w.exe or ts3.exe. I had manually downloaded the patch and everything. i do have this game in another harddrive but i doubt that is the problem i have had the sims 4 downloaded in there and worked fine. I just dont know where to go.

Hi there, @purpleglassstars, and welcome to the Games4theworld Forum! Very Happy

The problem you are having is most likely caused by not applying the crack correctly. So, please, re-download the Ultimate Fix (from the Step 4 in the guide you linked to). Make sure to extract it using WinRAR after it's downloaded. Then, take the .exe and .dll files found inside the # Crack folder from the Ultimate Fix. Copy these two files to Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin (or Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\Game\Bin if your base game is from Origin), making sure to select Copy and Replace when prompted. After that, try starting the game again and see how it goes. Good luck!

Hiya, sorry for the delayed reply. I did what you asked of me and it did not work, the game continues to crash after the almost finished town loading screen.

I'm also sorry for the belated reply,

Have a look at this post here and do all my suggestions:

Take your time for doing that, and if you are unsure about anything, feel free to post back whenever you like. Also, did you properly INSTALL the game on the other hard-drive ? Or did you simply moved the folders from "Program files" to the other hard drive ?

I have been downloading this game from you for 3 years now (used to own it, sold it.. whatever...) I'm a graduate student, can't really afford much time on the Sims so I download, uninstall, etc etc... All your solutions always work for me. Keep it up guys! If you ever need donations, I'd be the first one in! :*
I'm sorry it took me so many years to register to your website, but I still love you guys!
